MOSCOW, December 24. Airport holding “Novaport” Roman Trotsenko has consolidated a 100% stake in Novosibirsk JSC “Airport Tolmachevo”, said the airport.
The share of “Novaport” in the authorized capital airport increased to 100% from 84.9%. The deal was concluded on December 14.
Holding “Novaport” since 2007 implements projects of construction and reconstruction of airport infrastructure. The company has completed such projects in Astrakhan, Barnaul, Volgograd, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Chelyabinsk and Chita.
Tolmachevo international airport is the largest in the Urals transit hub on major routes between Europe and Asia. Throughput on domestic routes is 1.8 thousand passengers per hour on international – 1,3 thousand passengers. The airport has two runways of 1-St and 2-nd category. Airport passenger traffic in 2014 exceeded 3.9 million, the volume of processed cargo and mail – 28,6 thousand tons.
