MOSCOW, 25 Dec. The ballots at the primaries of “United Russia” will be printed in two languages — Russian and the national language of the region of the Russian Federation, said the Secretary of General Council of “United Russia” Sergey Neverov, at the meeting of the working group on preparation of draft provisions on the conduct of the primaries before the Duma elections of 2016.
Preliminary vote of the EP will hold across the country on may 22 next year.
“The twenty-second of may, when will be the preliminary vote, you will send us the output that we have and you will make them in two languages… at the end of April we should receive from you in alphabetical order this list is in two languages. We have already held talks with structures, where to print ballot papers — Goznak, the ballots will have an appropriate symbol of protection”, — said Neverov.
He added that in this form, bilingual ballots will have to be ready for may 17-18 to the regions on time.
