Change of heads of departments in ministries is not the prerogative of the President, is the item of the government, said the President’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the resignation of Mikhail Bryzgalov from his post as head of the Department of cultural heritage Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation.
