The issue of illegal and questionable developments had in fact been raised by members of the Council for culture and art, which took place on Friday at the President, he added.
Before it became known about the departure of Bryzgalov with the head of the Department of cultural heritage Ministry of culture of Russia. On Monday it became known about his appointment for the post of Director of the all-Russian Museum Association of musical culture named after M. I. Glinka. In addition, he will become an adviser to the Minister of culture of the Russian Federation.
