MOSCOW, 28 Dec. The Russian government will allocate between regions in 2016 to 7.5 billion rubles on pension payments, the corresponding order published on the website of the Cabinet on Monday.
Payments are provided to pensioners whose pension is below the set in their region of the subsistence minimum. In 2016, the surcharges would be about 446 thousand people.
“Signed by order approved the distribution in 2016 interbudgetary transfers to budgets of 11 subjects of Federation on payment surcharges in the amount of 7 545,7 million rubles”, — stated in the explanatory note to the document.
The average size of payments will make from 2,1 thousand to 7.3 thousand rubles.
