Kadyrov does not believe the detention of Abu Omar al-Shishani


IVAN. December 28. The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said that he did not believe recent media information about the capture by American special forces one of the leaders of the group “Islamic state” (IG, is prohibited in the Russian Federation) Abu Omar al-Shishani.

“We were also confident that she destroyed it. My men stood over him as he lay dead, took the picture and sent. It turns out, survived. So doomed. But the fact that he was arrested, I don’t believe it. As I do not believe that he is dead, as there will be no doubt,” said Kadyrov on a press-conferences in Grozny.

While Kadyrov added that, “regardless of whether Shishani was detained or not, the end will be bad”.

Abu Omar al-Shishani (real name Tarkhan Batirashvili) was born in 1986 in the village of Birkiani in the Pankisi gorge, his mother Katinka, father is Georgian.
