The amendments extend to 2016 the effect of the peculiarities of the drafting of the budget of the Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol budget and local budgets by 2015, as well as their execution and budget reporting.
MOSCOW, 29 Dec. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a law allowing to create the necessary conditions for the formation and execution of budgets of Crimea and Sevastopol in 2016, according to the official portal of legal information.
Amendments made to the Federal constitutional law “About acceptance to the Russian Federation the Republic of Crimea and the formation within the Russian Federation new subjects — Republic of Crimea and the Federal city of Sevastopol”.
As reported in the explanatory note to the document, the amendments extend to 2016 the effect of the peculiarities of the drafting of the budget of the Republic of Crimea, budgets of cities of Federal value of Sevastopol and local budgets by 2015, as well as the execution of the said budgets and budget reporting.
The amendments extend, until 31 December 2017, the provision according to which in the consideration by commercial courts of the Crimea and Sevastopol, the Twenty first arbitration appellate court, the Arbitration court of the Central district and the Judicial panel for economic disputes of the Supreme Court cases of claims to the lending institutions may be accepted as evidence of written documents drawn up fully or partially in the Ukrainian language, without duly certified translation of these documents into Russian language, if they are made before 18 March 2014.
