The representatives of “IDGC of Center” has directed addressed to public Prosecutor of Russia the statement in which asked to check for the presence of signs of crimes of the leaders of the “Atomenergosbyt”.

MOSCOW, 29 Dec. “IDGC of Centre” suspect guide “Atomenergosbyt” (“daughter” entering the state Corporation “Rosatom”, concern “Rosenergoatom”) in unjustified enrichment, and asked the Prosecutor General’s office to check it, according to “IDGC of Centre” on Tuesday.

“The actions of the management of JSC “Atomenergosbyt” perceived intent on unjust enrichment and the retention of funds that poses a threat to the security and defense capability of the Russian Federation”, — informs the company.

IDGC of Centre has sent to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation the statement in which asks to check for the presence of signs of crimes of the leaders of one of the largest debtors of the company — “Atomenergosbyt”.

In 2014 as a result the Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation contests “Atomenergosbyt” was assigned the status of guaranteeing supplier in Kursk, Smolensk and Tver regions included in the zone of responsibility of IDGC of Centre. Between the companies had signed contracts, according to which “Atomenergosbyt” undertook to pay for the services of IDGC of Centre in electric energy transmission.

It is noted that currently “Atomenergosbyt” specified in contracts the obligation to pay does not, in December, the company has suspended all payments to the address of IDGC of Centre.

It is specified that overdue receivables “Atomenergosbyt” in less than two years is steady growth. On January 1, 2015, it was 0.6 billion rubles, as of July 1 — 0.9 billion rubles, of 27 December — 3 billion rubles. According to the report, cessation of payments “Atomenergosbyt” threatens maintenance of regional economic and financial stability of IDGC of Centre and compromises the security of energy supply of regions of the Central Federal district.
