MOSCOW, December 29. The statement of the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Alexey Chaly became a surprise to his colleagues and fellow party members “United Russia”. The Governor of Sevastopol Sergey meniailo expressed regret at the decision of the Chaly and found that it “played emotions”. Representing in Council of Federation Executive power of Sevastopol Senator Andrey Sobolev called the act by the head of the Sevastopol legislative Assembly “not quite correct”.
A loud statement
The statement by Chaly resignation was made at the session of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol. As reported by his adviser Alexei Filimonov, “Alexis said about that last year and a half in Sevastopol nothing had been done to implement the concept of city development”. “He suggested the second number in the list of “United Russia” (Governor of Sevastopol Sergei Menyailo – approx.) to analyze the situation and make appropriate conclusions”, – said Filimonov.

There are objective and subjective difficulties that can be solved only together. The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov recognized on the statement by Chaly from media reports and comments in social networks. “The details are not know. In my opinion, for politicians today is not the time to throw the ID on the table. Sevastopol are in a difficult situation,” he wrote on his page in Facebook.
“Leaders responsible for the fate of their regions, and made promises to citizens. And can leave only after the fulfilment of the promises, or by a decision of the President, or by the will of the voters. Neither the President nor the decision of the voters was not. According to the Chairman of the faction “United Russia” in legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Vyacheslav Aksenov, his colleagues don’t have candidates for the post of speaker after the resignation of Alexei Chaly. “My personal opinion: legally Alexei Mikhailovich can replace any MP, and in fact, comparable figures we have,” he said.
“For us this decision was a surprise. We have not yet discussed candidates for the post of President,” added Vyacheslav Aksenov.
Bikers don’t wait for changes
