SAKI /Crimea/, December 30. The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov has no plans to hire in the government of the Republic Alexei Chaly, said on the eve of resignation from the post of Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol. He reported about it to journalists.

“Everyone selects the way. If Alexis resigned instead of all the forces be applied to resolve the issues, then that is his right. To think that he will work in the Executive branch, probably, silly. Never even thought about this subject (on the invitation of the Crimean government – ed.) and think not going,” Aksyonov said, answering a question.
Chaly said about his resignation on 29 December during the parliamentary session.
His decision, which still needs to approve the deputies, he explained the failure of the concept of development of the city.

The resignation of the Minister of Finance of Crimea Vladimir Lewandowski and Minister of industrial policy of the Republic Andrei Skrynnik is not associated with problems in the implementation of Federal target programs (FTP) of development of the Crimea and Sevastopol, also told journalists the head of the region Sergey Aksenov.

He stressed that the previous personnel shifts in the government have yielded positive result. “We see that the previous substitutions are all benefited. I am confident that we will expect a positive result”, – he noted.
Aksenov dismissed Lewandowski and Skrynnik December 29. The grounds have become personal statements of Ministers. The day before the head of the Crimea announced a reshuffle at the final press conference. Some publications have linked it with the problems in the implementation of the Federal program.
A week ago, a source in the government of the Russian Federation said that the Ministry of economic development and the Ministry of Finance is mandated to make proposals on the punishment of the authorities of the Crimea in connection with the freezing of funds from the Federal budget allocated for the development of the region. Thus in Moscow reacted to the statement Aksenova what provided for by the Federal budget for 2015 funds for the implementation of the Federal target program “have still not transferred a single penny”.
