State automated system “Elections” (gas “Vybory”) will be used in the parliamentary elections and combined with regional and local elections next year, said the Central election Commission of the Russian Federation.
MOSCOW, 30 Dec. The Central election Commission of the Russian Federation in March of the next year will hold a nationwide training session with the participation of regional election commissions before the elections of deputies of the state Duma of 2016.
The Commission has decided to carry out nationwide training on the use of the State automated system “Elections” (gas “Vybory”) ahead of parliamentary elections and combined them with regional and local elections next year. According to the decree of the CEC of Russia, the preparatory stage of training will last from 10 February to 10 March.
CEC member Valery Kryukov said that directly to the voting day within the exercise planned for 23 March.
“The timing of the main phase from March 15 to March 25, 2016, at the final stage of a consolidated report with comments and proposals identified during the nationwide exercise, it is the interdepartmental Commission not later than April 15, 2016”, — stated in the decree.
After consideration of the interdepartmental Commission the report must be submitted to the CEC for decision making, specified in the document.
Federal Informatization center (FCI), if the CEC is going to develop and no later than 29 February to approve the script of the all-Russian training, follows from the decision.
According to the results of training FCI at the CEC will have until April 25 to submit to the CEC the conclusion about the readiness of the gas “Vybory” to the upcoming electoral campaigns.
