MOSCOW, 4 Jan. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on granting subsidies on a competitive basis from the Federal budget for the development of additional education of children within the state program “Development of education” for 2013-2020, according to the website of the Cabinet on Monday.
“Subsidies will be given to organizations engaged in educational activities on the implementation of the additional General educational programs, except for state and municipal organizations (hereinafter – organizations) on a competitive basis”, — stated in the message.
Specifies that the criteria for assessing applications determined: the number of students in the organization of children, including children enrolled on a fee basis, and children in difficult life situations, the number of teaching staff underwent professional retraining and raising of qualification; number implemented by the organization of additional educational programs and their orientation; the location of the organization in an urban or rural area.
It is reported that subsidies are granted for the reimbursement of costs incurred by organizations for payment of interest on loans obtained in rubles and concluded with the Russian credit organizations.
It is noted that the adopted decisions will contribute to the development of the private sector in the additional education of children, will increase the volume of private funds attracted for development of additional education of children.
