It is planned to offset the costs of the enterprises, which because of the situation with energy supply in the Peninsula have to use diesel generators, to avoid stopping production, said the head of the Crimea.
SIMFEROPOL, 7 Dec –. The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov instructed to determine the monthly payment for enterprises of the Republic, who are forced to work in conditions of energy deficiency.
“We need to do the calculation and a common approach to all who produce a particular product, including the construction organization and those who renders services in the real sector of the economy. We want to make sure businesses are operating, producing the products, paid taxes, paid salaries to its people and not merely stood for,” said Aksenov at the meeting of the headquarters for emergency response.
Aksenov has instructed Deputy Prime Minister Yevgenia Bavykina to calculate how much per month will cost targeted support to enterprises, regardless of ownership.
In particular, it is planned to offset the costs of enterprises, which due to the energy shortage in the Peninsula are forced to use diesel generators.
The electricity generated by diesel generator is much more expensive than that which is served is centralized that without a compensation mechanism, will lead to increased production costs.
Crimea was completely disconnected on the night of 22 November — because of the erosion of the supports out of order, all four power lines coming from Ukraine. On the Peninsula were introduced a state of emergency, schedules of emergency outages.
The situation has improved with the launch on 2 December the first leg of the power bridge from the Krasnodar region through the Kerch Strait, and enter December 15 of the second leg has increased its capacity to 400 megawatts. Two more strands of the power bridge total the same capacity to be commissioned in April-may, which will allow to supply Crimea with electricity without supplies from Ukraine.
The Ukrainian party on 8 December resumed the flow of electricity to the Crimea in one of the four high-voltage power lines Kakhovka-Titanium-voltage class 220 kilowatts, the other three lines 330 kilowatt de-energized. December 30, the flow of electricity by line “Kakhovka-Titanium” was interrupted.
