In the near future deputies will hold a series of meetings with representatives of various departments to discuss chapters of the new Code about administrative offences. After this new edition of the code may be proposed for consideration by the state Duma, have informed in the Duma Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction.
MOSCOW, 11 Jan. Deputies in February to consider in the first reading new edition of the Code of administrative offences introduced at the end of 2015 in the state Duma, told journalists the head of the Duma Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction Vladimir Pligin.
The MP said that prior to the project was discussed, was received a number of reviews. According to pligina, in the period from 20 January to 13 February will be held 15 working meetings to discuss new chapters of the administrative code, with the participation of representatives of the government, Supreme court, General Prosecutor’s office of the Russian Federation, Central Bank of the Russian Federation and other agencies.
“We believe that in February a new edition of the code may be proposed for consideration in the first reading,” — said Pligin.
