Only rational responsible politician has a right to exist, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. According to him, in light of the economic difficulties is always the temptation to slip into speculation on sensitive topics voters.
MOSCOW, 13 Dec –. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, speaking about the upcoming elections to the state Duma in 2016, urged not to slide into populism and speculation on sensitive to voters; only Mature political force, in his opinion, are able to sense people’s needs and match them with the capabilities of the state.
“This year we will have elections to the State Duma, against the background of economic difficulties is always the temptation to slip into populism, in the speculation for voters sensitive topics. To make promises about the bright future always easy and pleasant, but promises must be kept and only Mature political forces able to hear people, feel their needs and match with the capabilities of the state,” Medvedev said.
According to him, “only such a rational responsible politician has a right to exist”.
“But whatever difficulties experienced the Russian economy now, we have the reserves, the desire and the will to cope with them. We always managed to overcome the most difficult, the most seemingly hopeless situation and come out of them victorious. The same will happen now,” concluded the Prime Minister.
