MOSCOW, January 13. Candidates for deputies of the state Duma must not fall victim to populism and give impossible promises. Asked the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, speaking at a meeting of the Gaidar forum, Recalling that this year in Russia will hold elections to the lower house of Parliament.
