An important condition for life in the country is the matching of institutions and organizations internal human sense, said the head of Ministry of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev.
MOSCOW, 13 Jan. The head of the Ministry of economic development Alexey Ulyukayev expects that by 2030 Russia will be comfortable to live in a country in which people will get for their taxes quality services from the state, and the level of oil prices or the dollar nobody will bother.
“The country 2030 (the year — ed.) is a country where, we assume, comfortable… This is a country where no one pays one penny of tax without receiving from the state service of appropriate quantity and quality for his services. Finally, I think, is a country in which nobody will be interested in the question of how much oil is worth today and what today the dollar against the ruble”, — said Ulyukayev, speaking at the Gaidar forum in Moscow.
He stressed that an important condition for life in the country is the matching of institutions and organizations internal human sense. The Minister spoke about the other important parameters of a comfortable life of Russians in 2030.
“First of all, people are living much longer, 10 years longer than he lives now. The structure of life greater the share of active life — when a person makes decisions, moves, rests, plays sports, culture and so on”, — said Ulyukayev.
“Accordingly, it is a different system of consumption, where the consumption of goods will increase, but not by much, and will significantly increase the consumption of services — primarily education, qualification and re-training, sports, culture, personal development,” he added.
