You need to run at full power, the center for the exchange of best practices among entrepreneurs, said the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. According to him, the extension of freedom of doing business will accelerate the country’s development.
NOVO-Ogaryovo, 14 Jan. President Vladimir Putin urged the Agency for strategic initiatives to continue spreading the best business practices and create a special centre for their exchange.
“The most important condition of dynamic development of the country is, of course, the extension of freedom of business, freedom of entrepreneurship”, — Putin said and recalled that many of the barriers in Federal legislation have been shot here.
“And now it is essential to ensure proper application of already adopted decisions, primarily, on the ground. Spread all over the country the best practices with the entrepreneurs,” the President said at the meeting of the ASI Supervisory Board, which he heads.
The President also invited the Agency to run at full power, the center for the exchange of best practices among entrepreneurs. “Last year when you actively participate in whole the “road maps” of National business initiative, have seriously changed the legislation and regulations”, — he said.
The Russian government earlier approved 11 “road maps”, which includes the implementation of 837 of measures to improve conditions of doing business in Russia. From July 2012 to October 2015 from 837 road maps, the deadline came on 708. Managed to perform 624 of the event.
Putin also called an important event, the conquest of the right to carrying out in Kazan in 2019 world championship on working professions. Speaking about the development of modern professional standards and the introduction of new educational programs, Putin called to focus on advanced international requirements. “In this regard still need to increase the role of Champions of working and engineering professions, the role of Championships, the conducting of such competitions as the key tools for assessing the quality of the national system of training,” he added.
