“The attacks on the objects of production, processing, storage and transportation of petroleum products controlled by the terrorists of the ISIL (the former name is forbidden in the Russian Federation the terrorist organization “Islamic state” – approx.) territories we deprived them of the ability to promptly replenish inventories of ammunition, weapons and material resources, as well as to recruit new mercenaries,” he said.
According to him, it has allowed the Syrian army to switch to offensive actions that are now taking place simultaneously in fifteen directions.
