The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which the formulation and implementation of state policy and normative legal regulation in the sphere of production and turnover of alcoholic products is transferred to the Ministry of Finance.
MOSCOW, 15 Jan. The Finance Ministry will get the formulation and implementation of state policy and normative legal regulation in the sphere of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, as well as in the field of customs, the relevant decree was signed by President Vladimir Putin.
“To convey to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation functions on development and realization of the state policy and normative legal regulation in the sphere of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, as well as in the field of customs”, — is spoken in the text of the decree on the Kremlin website.
