VLADIVOSTOK, 16 Jan. The government will have to allocate additional funds from the budget for the indexation of social benefits in 2016, said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.
In interview to the program “Vesti on Saturday” the Minister confirmed that the authorities plan to conduct the indexation of social benefits.
“And given the fact that inflation last year was a slight increase, we have to additionally now to allocate resources in order to ensure full indexation of social benefits on the basis of the principles that we agreed last year”, — said Siluanov.
“This is our commitment. We have promised our citizens, and therefore such promises not to run you can’t just” — he stressed.
