MOSCOW, 18 Jan. The Chairman of the Central election Commission (CEC) Vladimir Churov to resign in the coming months due to planned rotation in the Commission, informed the newspaper “Vedomosti” citing sources close to the presidential administration and the CEC.

Also the source has informed that his position may leave the Deputy head of the CEC Leonid Ivlev.
