The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov earlier on 12 January, accused the leaders of the non-systemic opposition in Russia in the attempt to loosen a political situation in the country. According to the head of the region, the opposition is trying to use the difficult economic situation.
“The state Duma his behavior shows an example of how to conduct a dialogue of various political forces. I hope that this helps and will help in this ugly conflict,” said Naryshkin, commenting on the subject at the request of journalists.
