MOSCOW, January 18. The Chairman of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin said that soon will send a letter to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland, in which talk about egregious violations of the Ukrainian legislation.
“I will send a letter to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Mr Jagland, with comments and prepared by a working group of the state Duma on monitoring legal procedures and accepted in Ukraine, legal acts of the newsletter, which contains full information as a result of our work, on egregious facts Kiev lawmaking and the obvious signs of degradation of all legal system of Ukraine”, – said the speaker reporters.
“I hope that this document will be useful and Secretary General Jagland, who is making a positive contribution to the settlement of the situation in Ukraine”, – he added.
In his opinion, the information in this Bulletin will show “impasse, which was instituted by the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe because of the involvement and leadership of the parliamentary Assembly and its members,” he added.
