MOSCOW, January 19. First Deputy Chairman of state Duma Committee on industry Vladimir Gutenev offers to AVTOVAZ to withdraw from Turkish components and to implement the program of import substitution through interaction with domestic SMEs.

Speaking Tuesday at a plenary session of the state Duma from fraction “United Russia”, Gutenev noticed that “AVTOVAZ” among its foreign suppliers is not very friendly (Russia) Turkey.” According to him, 2 thousand 300 kinds of components AVTOVAZ “receives therefrom, and (production) most of these components of our small business could learn”. “We are not talking about the creation of 2 thousand 300 small businesses, but it’s hundreds of small companies and thousands of jobs”, – said the Deputy.

He believes that, in General, in the automotive industry in the framework of the program of import substitution “can now be created for small and medium businesses a large number of jobs and the possibility of obtaining economic benefits.”

To do this, the MP considers it necessary to preserve the existing state of the industry. “This support for recovery, concessional lending, leasing cars, subsidies for the purchase of NGV vehicles for the regions and vehicles for representations of power,” he listed. “The result we see: a new product of the same “AVTOVAZ” has actually become a European quality”, – said Gutenev.

In his opinion, to attract industry in small and medium-sized business “is available and necessary “long” money, which he will be able to purchase manufacturing equipment and to start production”. Gutenev added that the military-industrial complex is also ready to integrate the enterprises of small and medium business as suppliers of components.

At the same time the Deputy head of the Committee was proposed as one of criteria of efficiency of work of state authorities, the involvement of small and medium business in the sphere of state contracts. “I think it is possible to apply to the government of Russia and the audit chamber, so that when evaluating the effectiveness of the work of heads of subjects of the Russian Federation, administrations, Federal Executive authorities and state corporations take into account the involvement of small and medium-sized businesses in work under government contracts”, – said Mr. Gutenev.
