Crimea can aim at reducing the deficit of 5 billion rubles

SIMFEROPOL, 19 Jan –. Crimean authorities plan to cover budget deficit with the help of a loan from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, while its amount can be reduced by the unencumbered balances of income for 2015, which is about 5 billion rubles, said the Minister of Finance of the Republic Irina Civico.

The Council of state of Crimea in late December approved the national budget for 2016. Total revenue is 67.4 billion rubles, expenses — 86,6 billion. Previously it was reported that the deficit of 19.3 billion rubles — will be covered at the expense of attraction of budgetary credits.

“To 19.3 billion rubles, we plan to take a loan from the budget of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. But today we see that we have our own unused, our own revenues, and, perhaps, we will reduce the sum of the loan balances,” said Civico journalists.

According to her, the remains of own budget revenues for 2015 amount to about 5 billion rubles.
