Moscow. On 19 January. The Federal Antimonopoly service of Russia (FAS) initiated a case against JSC “MegaFon”, JSC “Mobile TeleSystems” (MTS) and JSC “VimpelCom” for the introduction of polyanskogo accounting sms traffic sms aggregators, stated in the message Department.
