The state Duma needs to look one step forward and activate a panel discussion about the future of the supervised sectors of the economy, social sphere and law, said the speaker of the lower house of Parliament Sergei Naryshkin.
MOSCOW. 19 Jan. Deputies of the state Duma of the sixth convocation should establish a legal framework that will provide the basis for future economic growth, far-sighted politicians are using the crisis to create conditions of development, not disturbing the situation, said the speaker of the lower house of Parliament Sergei Naryshkin.
“Even in such difficult conditions we must build legal foundations that will provide the basis for future economic growth. Because the crisis is not only a time of loss. Far-sighted politicians use this time to create the conditions for future socio-economic development, not to participate,” said speaker of the state Duma, opening the spring session.
“I would ask all committees of the State Duma to look one step ahead and step up panel discussion about the future of the supervised sectors of the economy, social sphere and law”, — said Sergey Naryshkin.
