MOSCOW, January 20. In the Kremlin recognize the right of the head of Sberbank German Gref on opinion about the situation in the country, however, will not take a position in a dispute about Russia as “the country of downshifters”.

“Certainly not join (in the Kremlin) to one camp or another (the parties to the dispute),” said the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.
