MOSCOW, January 21. The implementation of the Minsk agreements Ukrainian settlement in no way linked to the issue of sanctions against Russia. This was stated by President’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the words of the President of France that after the implementation of the agreements will be possible to speak about lifting the sanctions.

“The responsibilities of all relevant parties clearly and in definite sequence recorded in the Minsk agreements,” he said. “Their implementation is unlikely has to do with the sanctions,” – said Peskov.
