The deputies voted for the resignation of the head of Petrozavodsk Galina Chisinau, explaining that she didn’t perform their duties. The city Council refused Chisinau in satisfaction of the claim about recognition of dismissal illegal. Ex-mayor intends to appeal the decision.
MOSCOW, 21 Jan. The former head of Petrozavodsk Galina Shirshina intends to appeal the decision of the city court, failed in her claim for recognition of its dismissal illegal.
Deputies on 25 December 2015, voted for resignation of Chisinau and motivated by the fact that she had not performed their duties. Shirshina consider the claims as unfair and has challenged the decision of the city Council in court. The defendant had the Petrozavodsk city Council, the interested person – the administration of the city. On Thursday, the Petrozavodsk city court rejected Chisinau in satisfaction of the claim.
Shirshina announced that it intends to appeal the decision.
“Today the judge announced the operative part of the decision to deny the claim filed. Now my task is to wait for the reasoning part and work with this motivation in great detail. In any case, the decision we will appeal,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
Shirshina was elected to the post of head of Petrozavodsk in 2013 with the support of the party “Yabloko”.
