MOSCOW, January 22. “Avtodor” and LLC “North – West concession company” (NWCC) to introduce a loyalty program for different categories of users of the toll section from Moscow to Solnechnogorsk new highway M11 “Moscow – St. Petersburg”, says the message of the company.

The current tariff is not attractive enough to motorists
Now for regular users, the tariff of “My Route”. The program was developed for motorists who make daily trips from home to work and back on the plot 15-58 km of motorway M11. The effect of the tariff applies to individuals, owners, vehicles 1 and 2 categories, which are planning frequent use of a paid area for one particular route.
The discount level of the fare depends on the number of committed monthly trips and ranges from 20% to 70%. To become a member of the program, the driver must enter into a service contract with the use of a transponder for fare payment, and choose the one, which he plans to regularly use it. In the framework of the tariff for the first 20 trips in one direction, the discount is 20% for the next 10 trips – 50%, on subsequent trips 14 – 60% over the next 6 trips – discount 70%. More than 50 trips per month are paid with a basic transponder discount – 20%.
All of these rate programs apply to motorists using transponders, special electronic devices, which enable non-stop travel through the gateways of payment. In addition, after the introduction of new tariff programs, the transponder becomes a “digital wallet” that enables you to reduce travel costs by 20-70%, depending on the number and frequency of trips on this route. Users can get a transponder in the client offices of the road operator, located at the 21st kilometer of the highway M-11.
Earlier the Governor of Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov called tolls on the highway M11 from Moscow ring road to Solnechnogorsk “unaffordable for the residents of Moscow region”.

In the short term, users will be offered several tariff programs. The basic rate to “Just” use of the transponder will provide transportation at a discount of 20% from initial cost. Monthly rental fees for the device is charged only in active months, when the driver uses the transponder for the toll station.
A ticket for 10 trips will be in effect for the calendar month on a given route. For this, you will need to get a transponder and select a particular route that you plan to use the subscription. The cost of travel by season ticket is fixed regardless of time of travel and direction of travel.
Tariff “Corporate” is intended for legal entities, whose office is next to the paid site. The rate applies to all categories of vehicles – from cars to heavy trucks. Discount for travel on the road will vary depending on the number of trips.
