MOSCOW, January 24. The Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday will make a working visit to the North Caucasian Federal district, where he will participate in the plenary session of the interregional forum of the popular front in Stavropol, said on Sunday the press service of the Kremlin.
According to the report, the President will also visit the North-Caucasus Federal University, “where Tatiana’s day will communicate with students and teachers of the largest scientific and educational center of the South of Russia”.
