MOSCOW, 25 Jan. Sberbank reported a short-term crash Monday afternoon on payment through ATM and the Internet, restrictions have already been eliminated, reported the press service of the largest Russian Bank.
“Today about 12 o’clock for a short period of time were recorded partial difficulties in making payments. All the difficulties were quickly resolved by specialists of Sberbank”, — commented on the failure in a press-service of the credit institution.
Currently, all services of the Bank are operating normally, said the Bank.
“Dear customer, due to maintenance works the number of operations and the history of previously performed operations not available in full, we apologize for the inconvenience”, — stated in the personal Cabinet on the website of the largest Russian Bank.
At the moment, for technical reasons, possible long wait for a response specialist, said in a call centre of the savings Bank to the correspondent and advised to call later.
However, the reporter earlier on Monday failed to pay for mobile communication through ATMs and through online study.
