VORONEZH, 26 Jan. The index of industrial production by the end of 2015 amounted in the Voronezh region 103,1%, while the national average for 11 months the figure was 96.7 percent, according to the regional government.
In the Voronezh region for 10 months of 2015 the index of industrial production in the region amounted to 103.8%, in manufacturing — 105,1%. The figures were slightly lower than the same for 2014, but higher than the recorded average in the Central Federal district and the Russian Federation.
“The index of industrial production by the end of 2015 amounted to 103.1% (in Russia in the first 11 months of 96.7%), the index of manufacturing industries — 104,1% (in Russia by the end of 11 months, 94,7%)”, — stated in the message.
Voronezh region authorities said earlier that they expect in 2016 the growth of the industry in the region at 3%.
The Voronezh region took the 2012 first place in Russia by the index of industrial production. The index value for the region amounted to 129.4 deaths% (in Russia — 102,6%).
