MP from the faction “Fair Russia” has suggested the state Duma to adopt a resolution containing an appeal to Prime Minister Medvedev with a request to assess the activities of the Minister Livanov in his position and to decide its fate.
MOSCOW, 27 Jan. The state Duma refused to consider a draft resolution of the faction “Fair Russia” resignation of the Minister of education Dmitry Livanov.
First Deputy Chairman of the faction “Fair Russia” Mikhail Emelyanov suggested the state Duma to adopt a resolution containing an appeal to Prime Minister Medvedev with a request to assess the activities of the Minister Livanov in his position and to decide its fate.
“Emelyanov Mikhail offers to circulate a draft resolution and consider it in the framework of “government hour”. Colleagues, the order of introduction in the agenda of the draft resolution you need, first, to send to the Council of the Duma Committee it must pass a legal review. So, if at the meeting of the State Duma of every Deputy on every question just to make and distribute the resolution, it will be difficult to work”, — said the first Vice speaker of the state Duma Alexander Zhukov, Chairman of the meeting.
“Nevertheless, I put to the vote the proposal of Mikhail Vasilyevich Yemelyanov to consider during the “government hour” the draft resolution on the resignation of the Minister of education”, — said Zhukov.
MPs voted against the proposal Emelyanov.
