MOSCOW, January 27. JSC “Russian Railways” (RZD) by 8.3% decrease in the price of imports of raw materials for the needs of the aluminum industry to address the number of stations, says the company.

We are talking about import shipments to the stations Gulseth, Bagulnaya, bazaiha, Volkhov 2, Goncharovo, Kamusta, Kandalaksha, Klimke, Krasnoyarsk, Cokecan, Karabula, nadvoici, Novokuznetsk-sun Obnorskaya, Orlovka, UAZ.
Tariff reduction occurs, if the raw material is delivered in wagons in loaded and on the volume transport of aluminum and aluminum products is carried out in a total volume of not less than 3,36 million tons. The importation of raw materials for the needs of the aluminum industry on these stations must be in the amount of not less 9,34 million tonnes in 2016, according to the materials of the Russian Railways.
Reduction coefficient to the tariff becomes effective established procedure and is valid till 31 December 2016.
FTS since the beginning of 2013 by its order allowed the Railways to apply independently raising and decreasing coefficients to basic tariffs for transportation of separate types of freights in some directions in the limits set by FTS.
So, the monopoly can quickly enter a premium to 13.4%, or offer to 12.8% to basic rates, if as a result of these actions, the economic effect for the carrier will increase.
