MOSCOW, January 27. The Chairman of the state Duma Committee for security and combating corruption Irina Yarovaya stated the need for the introduction of a maximum liability for kickbacks in public procurement.

“Rollback – there is nothing like the theft of state property and state budget. Therefore, the responsibility for that kind of crime should be the maximum,” she said today, speaking at the plenary session of the faction “United Russia”.
Spring recalled that the President of the Russian Federation were new tasks in the framework of the national plan of counteraction of corruption. “The faction “United Russia” supported the position of Vladimir Putin in fundamentally the high demands that must be presented to the representatives of all levels of government. In addition, we offer within the current year to implement additional measures to combat corruption”, – she noted.
Among such measures the head of the Committee pointed to the necessity of introducing a unified list and plan smart procurement, the prohibition to outsource the functions and powers of the Executive branch that are their direct competence, the establishment of independent criminal liability for any abuse in the sphere of the state order. “You must label all the funds that are transferred from the budget to entrepreneurs and to ensure the inevitability of punishment for any violation of the state Treasury,” concluded Spring.
