“Governmental hour” with participation of heads of the Central Bank, the Ministry of economic development and the Ministry of Finance may be held on 16 March. According to deputies, the sooner there will be a meeting, the easier it will be to work together to find ways out of the crisis.
MOSCOW, 27 Jan. Deputies of the Communist party Vladimir Fedotkin, Nikolai Kolomeitsev and Nikolay Arefiev in the Duma introduced a draft resolution, which proposes to invite to the “government hour” on March 16, the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina, Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev and Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, that they reported on the ways out of the crisis.
“On March 16 proposed to invite Ulyukayev, Siluanov and Minister. We wanted to invite them to the first meeting of February, but according to our rules I can’t invite so quickly. Although we believe that the sooner you invite, the easier it is to work together to find ways out of the crisis”, — said the Fedotkin.
Earlier Fedotkin proposed to urgently invite a meeting of the state Duma of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and the head of the Central Bank.
However, the state Duma did not vote for the proposal of the Communist. The speaker of the state Duma Sergei Naryshkin said that the proposal will not be voted on because there are rules set by the plan of formation of government hours.
