MOSCOW, 27 Jan. Prosecutor General’s office will check the performance in regions of legislation that protect the rights of entrepreneurs in the sphere of investment activity, told journalists the official representative of the Supervisory authority Marina Gridneva.
According to her, the test is organized according set by the President of Russia of tasks for increase of investment activity of entrepreneurs.
“The audit will assess the legality of the regional bodies of state power and bodies of local self-government authority vested in them by these issues,” — said Gridneva.
The efforts of prosecutors is aimed at detection and suppression on the ground of irregularities in the normative legal regulation of investment activity, as well as enforcement of the competent authorities in the implementation of economic entities guarantees provided for by law and the completion of licensing procedures.
Special attention will be paid to the requirements of law for state – and municipal-private partnerships, concession agreements, operation of special economic zones, provision of urban planning.
Verification, according to the Agency, will last until 20 may. Entrepreneurs, investors, faced with administrative barriers, may apply to the prosecution bodies for protection and restitution of their violated rights and legitimate interests.
