The redistribution of groups of influence will change representation of these groups in Parliament, said a member of the Board RAPC. In his opinion, the most important is the Committee of state Duma Committee on the budget, so the issue will be resolved, members of which groups will take there place.
MOSCOW, 28 Jan. After the election of deputies one of the intrigues in the Parliament of Russia will be a real struggle for the Committee on the budget, believes the member of the management Board of the Russian Association of political consultants (RPC) Yevgeny Minchenko.
Duma elections in Russia will be held in the second half of September 2016.
Russian Association of political consultants (RPC) on Thursday held a press conference entitled “Election 2016: old features and new trends”, during which the participants presented their reports. Minchenko made a report on “10 risks of elite upcoming campaign”.
According to Minchenko, since the 2011 elections has been a serious progress in the nearest environment of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, and the redistribution of groups of influence entails the redistribution of representation of these groups in Parliament.
“I think, to pay attention not so much on the number of members, and who will occupy key positions of speaker, Vice-speakers, chairmen of committees, chairmen of key committees. There is another “super-Committee” member is sometimes more important than the Chairman of a less important Committee is the Committee on budgets… So I think now invisible struggle because of these, roughly speaking, 20-30 positions, what groups are to occupy them — and this is more important than the quantitative composition of the Parliament as a whole”, — said Minchenko.
