MOSCOW, 28 Jan. The Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday held telephone talks with his Belarusian counterpart Alyaksandr Lukashenka, reported the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.
“Today was a phone conversation — It was a conversation with President Lukashenko,” — said Peskov.
