“It’s about the fact that from 29 January to 3 February should be a visit to Russia Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of the DPRK Pak Myong Guk. On 2 February it is planned to sign bilateral intergovernmental agreements on acceptance and transfer of persons who have violated the laws of the parties concerning the entry-exit and stay of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship”, — said Zakharov on the briefing.
However, she added that the primary Agency in the negotiations with the Korean party will perform with the Russian Federal migration service (FMS).
“We believe that the conclusion of such agreements will contribute to further improvement of bilateral legal base”, — said the representative of the Russian foreign Ministry.
