Was created a special working group on monitoring adopted in Ukraine regulations, which analyzes the decision of Parliament, said the speaker of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin. According to him, the group recently prepared analysis, which was sent to the CE.
MOSCOW, 29 Jan. The working group of the state Duma on monitoring of Ukrainian legislation notes the signs of degradation of the legal system of Ukraine. This was stated by state Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin, speaking at the plenary session of the Public chamber.
“Intensely working group on monitoring regulatory procedures, and accept Ukraine normative acts. We created this mechanism, this platform in order to conduct a serious analysis of the decisions made by our neighbors, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”, — Naryshkin said.
“This analysis shows the outrageous facts and overall clear signs of degradation of the entire legal system of Ukraine”, — he noted.
According to him, the working group recently prepared a “consolidated monitoring analysis”, which was sent to the Council of Europe. Naryshkin also noted that the working group includes representatives of the Public chamber.
