The PACE mission will not be able to participate in the monitoring of the Russian elections, if the delegation from Russia will not be represented in the Assembly, said the Chairman of state Duma Committee on international Affairs Alexei Pushkov.
MOSCOW, 29 Jan. The absence of the Russian delegation to PACE means the impossibility for observers of this structure to participate in the monitoring of elections in Russia, said at a press conference the Chairman of state Duma Committee on international Affairs Alexei Pushkov.
“The PACE monitoring mission on the Russian elections can not be”, — said Pushkov.
He noted that while there is no Russian delegation in PACE, the joint actions of the Russian Federation and the Assembly will not.
According to Pushkov, to observe the parliamentary elections in Russia can other international structures.
