MOSCOW, 29 Jan. The Bank of Russia on 29 January appointed a temporary administration in the Bank “Intercommerz” for a period of six months, stated in the message controller.
“By order of the Bank of Russia in connection with the reduction of own funds (capital) of commercial Bank “Intercommerz” compared to their maximum value reached in the last twelve months, more than 30% at simultaneous infringement of one of obligatory ratios established by the Bank of Russia, with 29.01.2016 was appointed the provisional administration to manage the credit organization for a term of six months”, — stated in the message.
For the period of activity of the provisional administration powers of the management bodies of the Bank suspended.
“The first priority of the interim administration is to conduct a survey of the financial position of the Bank”, — stated in the message of the Central Bank.
As of 1 January 2016, according to RIA Rating, the Bank “Intercommerz” was No. 84 in terms of assets in the banking system of the Russian Federation.
