TOKYO, 1 February. /Corr. Igor Belyaev/. The largest Japanese carmaker Toyota Motor with 8 February on six days will stop production at nine plants in Japan. On Monday, the official announced to the press service of the company.

It is noted that this step Toyota had to go due to the shortage of steel in the blast at one of the supplier plants in Aichi Prefecture, which occurred in January. From 1 to 5 February, Toyota has already banned the staff of the factories to work overtime.
