Moscow. February 1. Leaders of “Rosneft”, “Bashneft” “Aeroflot”, “Sovkomflot”, Russian Railways, ALROSA and VTB Bank invited to the meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with the economic block of the government.
According to the list of participants of the meeting on economic issues, it also will be attended by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, head of the presidential administration Sergei Ivanov, first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, the Deputy head of the Cabinet of Ministers Arkady Dvorkovich, aide to the President Andrei Belousov, Minister of Finance and economic development Anton Siluanov and Alexei Ulyukayev and the head of Rosimushchestvo Olga Dergunova.
Previously press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov told journalists that the meeting would, among other things, deals with the issue of privatization of specific companies.
On the background of the dramatic fall in oil prices, the Russian government is looking for additional sources of budget replenishment. Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said earlier that the privatization is scheduled to receive “on the order of 1 trillion rubles for two years”.
