The situation on the use of funds of the national welfare Fund (NWF) for the modernization of the infrastructure of the Baikal-Amur and TRANS-Siberian Railways has changed little over the year was used in only 7.4% of the funds, said the head of the accounting chamber Tatyana Golikova in an interview with the newspaper “Vedomosti”.
