Konashenkov stressed that in 2015 in the framework of the open skies Treaty over Russia there were 32 flight of the representatives of Western countries on their designated routes, and four flights were made with observers from Turkey (two of them – together with the military from the US). The General said, this is not the first false statement of the representatives of Turkey on this subject. “This once again confirms that the history of an alleged violation of its airspace was fabricated and badly staged provocation”, – said Konashenkov.
