MOSCOW, 4 February. Russia is concerned by behavior of the representatives of the Ukrainian power structures against the Russian troops from the Joint center for control and coordination on the border and places all responsibility for the negative consequences for Ukraine. This was stated at a briefing Director of the Department of information and press of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
